Cancellation of service/refund of a fee
Cancellations or service changes are accepted only 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the customer wants a change, he must cancel the booked service (as long as it has not been finalized) and proceed to a new booking.
If the customer wishes to cancel the service, the money will be refunded after contacting our Company.
